This form of ASTROPHYLLITE comes from the Russian Arctic Circe. The brassy colored astrophyllite has a metallic quality that shimmers in reflective light. The experience of looking at this stone in person is much like looking at a mineral disco ball, except with rays of astrophyllite glittering in so many different depths and directions. The overall effect is stunning and gives off a feeling of emboldened cheer.

When I saw these crystals were available again, I got a big nudge to scoop a bunch of them up for my customers. But it was only a couple months later that I discovered why the urge to get them had been so strong.

These gorgeous beings are found in Russia... and with the ongoing war and sanctions, I doubt there will be a way to get more of these crystals in the US anytime soon. In fact, it may be a long, long while before I will be able to see any of the Russian geologists that mine these crystals again. So I am very, very happy to have these crystals available for you.
