The chakras can be divided into two major halves. The bottom half are the physical chakras of the root, navel, and solar plexus chakras. The top half are the spiritual chakras of the throat, third eye, and crown chakras. In the middle bridging the two is the heart chakra. The heart chakra acts as an intermediary, translating the information, and acting as a conduit of energy from the upper and lower chakras, and vice versa.
I find the heart chakra to be the most influential chakra to work with in crystal healing. While all chakras have a relationships with each other, I find healing the heart chakra creates the most significant shifts for people. This is because love is the highest vibration in the universe and its energy cascades into every facet of our lives. And it is the heart chakra that funnels, produces, and holds this energy.
